At what rate should I use Stryker Multi-Use Insecticide when applied with Talstar P in a gas powered mist blower backpack sprayer?
I currently spray mosquitoes with Talstar P at 1 oz per gallon per 1000 sq ft. Looking for some thing to add that would have quick knock down, to go with the residual of Talstar P. I use a Stihl gas powered backpack sprayer.

    Q
How long is the residual for Stryker Multi-Use Insecticide indoors and outdoors?
    A

Stryker Multi-Use Insecticide is really only active while it is wet, so it does not have long residual at all. This product is usually used in conjunction with a residual pyrethroid to help with faster initial knockdown for active pest infestations, or it is used in sensitive areas where residual products are not permitted.

  • Asked by Pretty from Nj

    Q
What other product can be mixed with Stryker for bed bug control?
We had an exterminator come out and he used Stryker with Transport Mikron. Do you know why? What's the best combination for bedbugs specifically?
    A

A product like Stryker is used as an additive to make an insecticide work faster. We would not recommend this product being the sole product used for bed bugs because it does not provide any residual control, however it does a quick knockdown of bed bugs and any other insect pests. It would be a great additive to a product such as Transport Mikron (which is commonly used for for bed bug control).  You may want to take a look at our Bed Bug Control Guide for more information and tips on doing a complete treatment for bed bugs.
