Answer:

The Ferti-Lome Broad Spectrum Landscape and Garden Fungicide actually does not list lawns on the product label as a treated site for the product, only ornamentals, conifers, fruit and nut trees etc so we are unable to provide a rate for this use.  If you can tell us the type of fungus you are treating for we can make a better product recommendation.
