We are not able to comment on the services or advice provided by a pest control company; however we can tell you that the manufacturer of Temprid SC recommends that people and pets stay out of the area during application and until the product is dry. The amount of time this takes can vary depending on a number of factors such as the amount of area being treated and how heavily the product is applied, but in most cases this takes an hour or so.
