    Q
What species of bugs do the Protecta Pest Monitors trap ?
We have a carpet beetle infestation in 4 story townhouse w/unfinished basement 2 exterior decks and pets. We also have other things -possibly bird and rodent mites, 2 window wells in front and back close to landscaping which have leaked w/rainfall. Awful problems
    A

The Protecta Pest Monitors are just insect glueboards that are in a protective station.  They will catch any insect that walks into the station, so you can "monitor" the insect activity in your home.  The stations are great especially if kids or pets are in the home.  The station will protect the glue board from kids or pets getting into the glue and they will only let insects inside.  Here is an article on bird mite control.  Here is an article on carpet beetle control.
