Like most fogging concentrates on the market the ULD BP-100 is a contact kill insecticide and will not leave behind a residual to give a continuous kill. Fogging is mostly designed for the instant control and knock down of pests in the area and to kind of keep them away for a few hours. For continuous control, you normally use products that are not applied with a fogger and that have a residual to give you control over several weeks as the mosquitoes land on the treated surfaces. Keep in mind that ULD BP-100 is not labeled for mosquito treatments.
While ULD BP-100 is labeled for Mites (not bird mites specifically), we would not recommed using a fogger as this type of application will only kill insects that are exposed at the time of treatment; it will not penetrate into cracks and crevices. Fogging solutions are going to be contact kills only, so they are not intended to have long-term residual killing power. It is important to be absolutely sure you are actually dealing with bird mites. Have the suspected bird mite identified by a reputable source, such as your local cooperative extension office or a reputable pest control operator. Treatments will vary for different pests. Treatment for say bedbugs is much different than the treatment for bird mites. If you do indeed have bird mites, you must first find the source of the infestation, usually a bird nest or a dead bird on or in the home, as you already have. Removal of the infested nest or bird and a thorough cleanup is necessary. For treatment in the home, we recommend you frequently vacuum all carpet and upholstery and dispose of the bag or vacuum contents in a sealed bag outdoors. ULD BP-100 Fogging Concentrate and Pyrocide 100 are essentially the same product, so either could be used. The Pyrocide just has a lower amount of PBO and an additional synergist, so it would have a slightly faster knockdown. Be sure that any aquatic animals are out of the area when using pesticides.

We recommend thoroughly wiping all furniture down including inside drawers and washing clothing, bedding, etc the product may have come in contact with. Steaming the mattress would help remove any residue left behind.

No, ULD BP-100 Fogging Concentrate can onlybe mixed with either white mineral oil or applied undiluted. We would suggest checking with a local hardware store or small engine repair shops.
ULD BP 100 cannot be mixed with water. This product can only be mixed with white mineral oil or you can use it undiluted.

Most of the Ryobi machines state in the manual that they do not allow for use of professional grade products such as ULD BP-100 Fogging Concentrate. You would need to contact the Ryobi manufacturer for the best advice
We do not offer fogging concentrates that will kill and continue to kill every bug including bedbugs. This insect does not burrow in the skin. There are no propane fogging equipment applications for indoor use. We highly recommend placing glueboards down to capture the insect for a proper identification locally by a pest professional or your local cooperative extension office. You can also consult with your doctor if in the skin.
