I had a bed bug problem which I could not get under control. I did extensive research and decided to purchase the Vapamore MR-75. I wanted something small enough to use that produced the right amount of steam. This product was perfect for the job at hand. It does an excellent job. I not only got rid of the bed bug issue I used it for cleaning the oven, around the tub and all water faucets, I even use it for steam cleaning my tile floors in the bathrooms. I highly recommend this product!

I bought the bed bug steamer. This product works very well, despite it's size. However, please know that steamers only kill eggs and adults on contact; they will disperse to other areas if you use them and just lay eggs elsewhere, so be careful and do not over-use. The actual pesticide is very good, but you will get the heck bitten out of you on the 1st treatment. It makes them angry. After the second night, you won't so much. I give this product the best rating because it's rated by the BBB and backed up by efficacy studies. Probably best to do more than one treatment. The customer service people are very nice and ask questions to make sure you are applying it correctly. Don't saturate, just target.

This was a good product. I did end up buying a second larger steamer but this one was awesome for getting into cracks and crevices.

I bought this for a bed bug problem. I used it repeatedly and did not solve my problem. An exterminator told me I had a very mild case so I opted to handle it myself. Not only did it not get rid of the bed bugs it would not even remove the soap scum in my shower door tracks until after I sprayed them with a cleaner and scrubbed it with a brush. Then I could steam it out. Worse hundred dollars I ever spent. Wish I had given it to the exterminator.

This steamer works really well, however there are a LOT of issues. 1) It's heavy to lug around to do the job 2) it gets hot quickly and you have to wait for it to cool down to continue - who has that much time?! 3) The indicator light is on the wrong side ... ugh!!

I bought this steamer and the Bed Bug Kit#3 because I thought I had bed bugs which in fact didnt! (it was hives) But the Pest man came out to inspect one more time after I purchased my items and told me I had the best product to use to kill bed bugs if I had them! He said I had basically what he had! The steamer is so powerful and easy to use! The attachments are great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
