We have recently bought a home. We are having problems with spiders, silverfish, ants, and palmetto bugs.

The previous owner also had problems with mice and we found a snake skin in the basement. We have 2 small inside dogs and will be getting goats for our pasture. Need suggestions on what to use inside and outside for pest control. We live in a very rural area.

Answer:

The General Pest Control Starter Kit - Economy would be a fatastic option. This kit includes both the equipment and the chemicals you need to perform your own professional pest control prevention and maintenance treatments for insect pests. This kit includes a larger size of the Temprid SC for even more savings on your per-treatment costs. We recommend using an Integrated Pest Management approach for the best results, incorporating thorough inspection, sanitation and exclusion practices along with the use of products. This kit includes a Chapin 2 Gallon Pump Sprayer to apply the Temprid SC Insecticide concentrate. Temprid SC contains two powerful active ingredients for a quick initial knockdown and long residual activity. Also included is a Bellow Hand Duster to apply CimeXa Insecticide Dust to cracks and crevices for an extra layer of protection. Finally, the kit includes Catchmaster 100i Insect Monitor glue boards to help monitor your efforts and identify any pests that may be found in the area. Typically, snakes can be driven away by removing viable food sources such as rodents. Using outdoor rodent bait inside of tamper resistant bait stations are the best way to reduce the rodent population in your area and drive snakes away. Our EZ-Klean Rodent Bait Station kit with Fastrac Blox. Fastrac Blox kill faster than most baits on the market  and rodents will die with just one feeding.
