Do I then get to rototill and aerate? Just brought a new home and the entire front yard is moss. There's lots of trees so the conditions are perfect for moss. I'm in the process of doing a full yard makeover except I'm not cutting down any trees.
Sounds like you are on the right track! Moss thrives in damp, shady lawns where the soil is acidic and drainage is poor, so correcting these issues are the key to preventing the moss from growing back after treating with Lilly Miller Moss Out Lawn Granules.
