I live in eastern and have severe large patch problems in my lawn this spring.
Heritage G Fungicide would be a great product to use for Large Patch in your lawn as well as a variety of other potential diseases that could be present. You typically use 2 - 4 lbs. per 1,000 sq ft. of infected area and repeat application as directed on the product label.
