Per the product label for Ranger Pro Herbicide, for annual weeds including chickweed, apply at a 0.5% solution for plants less than 6 inches in height. Use a 1.0% solution for plants taller than 6 inches or for weeds growing under stressed conditions. Use 2/3 oz per gallon of water to make a 0.5% solution; use 1 1/3 oz. per gallon of water for a 1.0% solution.
