What is the ratio for Hard scale on sago palm trees with Ultra Pure Oil?

I have a dozen or so sago palm trees that are over 7 feet up to 12ft tall. I have scale on them but after reading the label I don't know what ratio to apply this, please help.

Answer:

Per the product label: When treating a palm for hard or soft scale use 0.5-1 gallon of Ultra Pure Oil per 100 gallons of water.
