Building house in the country single story 1425 sq ft but it is 1/4 acre. The foundation is to begin but would like to treat the area or even the entire lot what termacide do you suggest & maybe how much? The build is a DIY of our retirement home!
If you want to treat the ground prior to the home being built to protect it from termites you would want to use a product like Taurus SC. Taurus is one of the longest lasting termiticides on the market and will protect the home for at least 10 years. For pre slab treatments you will need 1 gallon of finished mixed solution for every 10 sq/ft feet.
