What to use to rid scales on sago palms?

Each time I cut back the leaves on my sego palm, the scales infest all the leaves and into the crown of the plant. Tried malathion, volck oil, systemic granuals, etc. but nothing seems to work.

We would recommend applying Safari for the treatment of scale. Please refer to the product label for mixing and application instructions..
