What will kill weeds and grass and keep regrowth from appearing?

I have two fences about 15 feet apart with rock and gravel in between, and I need it to stay clear all the time. I have used a couple differnt products and the regrowth starts with in a week of spraying. Is there a product that will make the ground infertil where the weeds would grow at a slower rate or not at all for a period of time.

Answer:

Pramitol is a bareground herbicide that will kill everything it comes into contact with and will prevent regrowth for up to a year. It is mostly used in fence lines, driveways, utility easements, etc.
