What's my best combination of products to kill german and brown-banded(?) roaches?

Neighbor next door has "outside" dogs. He leaves unprotected dog food out 24/7, which sends me mice (stopped them) and roaches. Exterminator advised me it would take monthly/bi-monthly treatment for control. I'm considering Demon WP, Maxforce FC Magnum, and Advion baits. I would say I have "severe" infestation in my house, but compared to an apartment, it may be "moderate". Any more recommendations for me?-Thanks

We think you are on the right track but instead of using two baits you should replace one of the baits with an insect growth regulator to help stop the breeding process of the roaches.
