When is it safe to apply ProSedge Herbicide to Nutsedge in my newly planted yard?

The Nutsedge is within my yard within the area where I planted grass seed about a month ago that is now 2" tall. I'm worried the Nutsedge killer will hurt the newly seeded grass!

Answer:

When using ProSedge Herbicide you would need to mow at least 2 times before applying it to a newly seeded lawn. It is best to wait until you can mow 3 times.
