You may also contact B&G directly at 800-544-881 directly to troubleshoot. It is possible, the B&G Brass Pin-Cone Nozzle (AV-210) (23083602) may just need to be tightened up or adjusted. B&G does offer a 1 year warranty on manufacturer defects. You may use the Troubleshooting Guide also for B&G Sprayer Manual here
