Will Timbor work if sprayed on gravel before concrete is poured for a slab-on-grade floor?

There will be EPS foam insulation placed over the gravel then 6 mil poly sheathing, then the concrete pour. Or would it be better to spray the bottom side of the foam instead of the gravel?
