Giant Destroyer Smoke Bomb/Gasser is not labeled to be used under structures. Instead if you can find where they are burrowing around the outside of the shed you can set the Gasser off there or use Repels All around 3 sides of the shed to drive the skunk out. If you use the gasser in a burrowed hole outside of the building the skunk may spray as a defense mechanism when in contact with the gas.
